Industry City + WantedDesign International Residency Friends

The international residency program, launched in November of 2021 by Industry City and WantedDesign, is thought to take place in the heart of the most creative, dynamic, and diverse Brooklyn design hub.

The goal is to provide international designers with an opportunity to discover and better understand the US design landscape and to develop activities and projects while creating a sustainable network.

The IC + WD International Residency Friends are key US-based organizations supporting the program and are accessible to the residents for research and experimentation.

In addition, the residency’s community includes individual friends and US-based designers interested in the International exchanges and available to connect with our residents.
